For example, the Italian language uses diacritical marks — graves and acute. They are used to show graphical emphasis on a stressed vowel. As a rule, gravel is used with the letters a, I, o, u, while acute and gravel are used with the letter e. Another interesting fact about the Italian layout is that other Romance languages have tilde letters like ã and ñ, but Italian doesn’t.
